> Channel & Sales Managers  
     
 

We are seeking a Channel & Sales Managers for high visibility role to work across our domain of indirect partnerships with hardware and software channel partners such as HP, Xerox, RICOH, Kyocera, IKON and others. A Channel & Sales Manager will represent the Business partner experience to establish a strategy for growth and increased market share and then drive cross-functional team execution. Key responsibilities include developing & driving the Channel strategy & plan through all disciplines - including RTM, represent indirect channel on PDT and offering teams, GTM, enablement and develop/drive unique programs to drive the NSi’s indirect channel.

Strong Channels, marketing and execution experience in high-tech industry is required. Prior industry knowledge is preferred.

    > Sr. Software Engineer  
         
     

    As a Senior Software Engineer, your primary responsibilities will be to design and develop application components for a server based capture workflow system. The development work will require you to have a clear understanding and working experience with C++ (MFC), and VB. Working Experience with Java is recommended but not required. Responsibilities include requirements definition, design, implementation, (development) testing, as well as overall project management. The emphasis on this position is in the development of server-based software using Windows technologies. However, some experience with Java and related technologies is required. Position required a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent along with the requirements below:

    • 5+ years of hands-on software architecture and development experience
    • Experience with C#, COM, C++, or VB.
    • Experience with Java
    • Experience with UML based design techniques and tools
    • Experience with XML and Web Services
    • Thin Client experience is a plus
    • J2EE and EJB experience is a plus

    > Solutions Architect  
         
     

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide pre and post-sales technical support to major customers.
    • Provide onsite installation of software into major accounts.
    • Provide training for both sales and technical staff of dealers and end-users.
    • Participate in any technical discussions or presentations.
    • Install and configure third party applications in conjunction with NSi's AutoStore software products.
    • Develop documentation to support the configuration requirements of different applications. 

    Requirements: 

    • Minimum 5 years experience with installation and administration of client/server or Web applications.
    • Experience with Windows NT/2000/XP, Active Directory, NT domains and Novell.
    • Experience with document management, content management, and/or fax management systems preferred.
    • Bachelor's degree in technical field; knowledge of document imaging a plus.
    • Ability to travel required

    This is an entry level position. To work with a leading Document Management and Document Capture Company. This candidate generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing technical information; developing accounts. An individual who is a self-starter, is motivated, and has technical aptitude is a perfect fit for this position.

    Duties: 

    • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
    • Closes new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information through the Internal CRM system.
    • Develops accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features.
    • Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
    • Coordinate all inside sales activities Region Manager. Communicate through formalized reports.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    Closing Skills, Prospecting Skills, Fluid in English Language, Technical Understanding, Building Relationships, People Skills, Data Entry Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation for Sales, Proficient with Microsoft suite of products. Knowledge of Document management systems, Workflow and Windows Networking is not a must, but certainly a plus.

    > Tier II Technical Support Engineer Position  
         
     

    Support Engineers are responsible for calling customers back to handle difficult or escalated issues. The average case load is 8 to 10 per day. Tier II Engineers act as a secondary response for Tier one technical support. They provide for complex products, including escalated issues, mainly to end users, along with developers and corporate customers. You may provide technical training, coaching and mentoring to other Engineers and may act as substantial technical resource in certain product areas.

    Product Description:

    Our main product AutoStore  works as  a middleware between scanning equipment and document / content management systems starting with simple File System of windows or any other operating system covering a wide verity of Document management systems including workflows.

    Job and Skill Requirements:

    • Mastering Microsoft Server Class operating systems (NT, 2000 , 2003).
    • Knowledge of other operating systems.
    • Basic knowledge of the TCP/IP and network layers and protocols and ways to debug network connectivity.
    • DNS , WINS , and LDAP basics.
    • Knowledge of web servers and web technologies prefer Internet Information Server 5.0 and 6.0.
    • Good knowledge of Document management nomenclature and workflows.
    • Good knowledge of scanners and the different Image file formats and usages.

    Education and Certification:

    • Minimum  4 year bachelor in a science related field (required).
    • Microsoft Certified Professional MCP or  MCSE  (preferred).
    • A+ Certification (preferred if less than 4 year academic  degree)
